How do I create a journal entry?
Open the app and go to the Write tab. Type your thought (up to 80 characters), adjust your mood slider, and tap Save Entry.

Go to the Reflect tab and tap "Generate Diary". The AI will create a personalized diary summary based on your daily entries and mood.

Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data.
