Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Line2Day mobile application (the "Service") operated by Line2Day ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Use of Service
Line2Day is a free daily journaling and mood tracking application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service allows you to:
- Create short daily journal entries (up to 80 characters each).
- Record your mood on a 0-100 scale.
- Generate AI-powered daily diary summaries from your entries.
- View your mood history and trends over time.
2. Data Storage and Content
Our Service allows you to create journal entries and mood records. You are responsible for the content you create. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content.
All your data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not store your journal entries, mood data, or AI-generated diaries on our servers. When you use the AI diary generation feature, your entry texts and mood scores are sent anonymously (without any personal identifiers) to OpenAI through our server, which acts only as a secure relay. The generated diary is returned to your device and saved locally.
Since data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your data. We cannot recover lost data as we do not maintain server-side copies.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
a. Premium Subscription Plans
Line2Day offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:
- Premium Weekly: $4.99 per week
- Premium Monthly: $9.99 per month
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store before purchase. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any price changes in advance.
b. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
c. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
d. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
- Select the Line2Day subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
e. Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Line2Day does not collect or store any payment or credit card information.
f. Apple's Standard EULA
Your use of Line2Day is also subject to the Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Line2Day, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
