Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Line2Day mobile application (the "Service") operated by Line2Day ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Use of Service

Line2Day is a free daily journaling and mood tracking application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service allows you to:

Create short daily journal entries (up to 80 characters each).
Record your mood on a 0-100 scale.
Generate AI-powered daily diary summaries from your entries.
View your mood history and trends over time.

2. Content

Our Service allows you to create journal entries and mood records. You are responsible for the content you create. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. By creating content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store such content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the journaling and diary generation features.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Line2Day, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Sartlar ve Kosullar (Turkce)

Lutfen Line2Day tarafindan isletilen Line2Day mobil uygulamasini ("Hizmet") kullanmadan once bu Sartlar ve Kosullari ("Sartlar") dikkatlice okuyun.

1. Hizmet Kullanimi

Line2Day ucretsiz bir gunluk tutma ve ruh hali takip uygulamasidir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu Sartlari kabul etmis olursunuz. Hizmet su ozellikleri sunar:

Kisa gunluk kayitlari olusturma (her biri en fazla 80 karakter).
Ruh halinizi 0-100 olceginde kaydetme.
Kayitlarinizdan yapay zeka destekli gunluk ozetleri olusturma.
Ruh hali gecmisinizi ve trendlerinizi goruntuleme.

2. Icerik

Hizmetimiz gunluk kayitlari ve ruh hali kayitlari olusturmaniza izin verir. Olusturduguz icerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Iceriginuzdeki tum mulkiyet haklarini sakli tutarsiniz. Icerik olusturarak, yalnizca gunluk tutma ve gunluk olusturma ozelliklerini saglama amaciyla icerigi Hizmet uzerinde ve Hizmet araciligiyla kullanma, isleme ve saklama lisansi vermis olursunuz.

3. Fesih

Sartlari ihlal etmeniz durumu dahil ancak bununla sinirli olmamak uzere, herhangi bir nedenle onceden bildirimde bulunmaksizin veya sorumluluk ustlenmeksizin hesabinizi derhal askiya alabilir veya feshedebiliriz.

4. Sorumluluk Siniri

Line2Day, yoneticileri, calisanlari, ortaklari, acenteleri, tedarikcileri veya istirakleri, Hizmete erisiminden veya Hizmeti kullaniminizdan veya erisememennizden kaynaklanan kar, veri, kullanim, iyi niyet kaybi veya diger maddi olmayan kayiplar dahil ancak bunlarla sinirli olmamak uzere hicbir dolayli, arizi, ozel, sonucsal veya cezai zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Gecerli Hukuk

Bu Sartlar, kanunlar ihtilafi hukumlerine bakilmaksizin Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina gore yonetilecek ve yorumlanacaktir.
